12v Pump On Portable Water Barrel
Переглядів 58 тис.3 місяці тому
In a previous video I added a spigot to a 55 gallon drum so I could have some portable water. Now I need to pressurize that water to be able to use a sprayer on a hose and to feed a pressure washer. It works better than I thought! -Enjoy!

I have a few projects coming up where I need to have a source of water. However where I will be there is no water available so I need to have a portable source. I found this kit on amazon to add a spigot to a plastic 55 gallon drum and I think it is just what we need. It is made pretty poorly but I think it will do the job. -Enjoy!

John Deere 35D: First Time Digging With Mini Excavator

We've all seen the service videos getting the machine ready and making sure it is up to snuff. Well, now it's time to try it out. I chose a project that is way out in the open haha. Not to mention this stump has been in the ground at least 8 years so it's pretty well rotted. These machines sure take some practice to get the hang of it and I am sure it takes years to become really efficient with...

Farmall H Oil Change & Getting Ready For Spring
video watched, check. pit barrel cooker arrived, check. chicken prepped, hung and cooking... check. Very much hoping my first chicken turns out like your first chicken... wish me luck! oh, and I'm not far north of you in Ontario, Canada. 1 chicken here is 10-15$. a bag of charcoal (kingford brickets) is about 20$, the cheap chuck noname charcoal is about 10$. I wouldn't call it cheap, but (assuming it works) it certainly is cheaper than McDonalds, and way healthier and tasty. Oh and the PBC is close to $500 here.... that was my biggest hurdle, until I saw your chicken, thighs, and ribs...
The long end of the filter does down, that looked the short end.
You put the oil filter in upside down
Maybe for grilling using lump charcoal would be better as it burns hotter.
I have a 2000 kodiak. I had to pay $3000 for it last year, but I live in hunting country, so. It shifts hard too but it's an automatic so I have not been able to finger it out yet.
But we are men, we will get it good and messed up and then we will look at the instructions. Lol
Just waiting for my pit barrel to ship! checking out all the recipes and comments. In the wee hours when you get up for a snack, do all those eyes on your wall feel... judgemental? J/K Also, most Pit Barrels sold are the 18" model that do not have a lower rack (I think). so yes the comment (@S_A_N22) below is a good one about raising up the coal bed on blocks. I also watched a video about reverse searing steaks. 20-30 in the cooker as normal, then either slap em on a hot BBQ or stoke up the Pit Barrel to "NUKULAR" for a final sear. standard grocery store steaks may not hold up to that though. The fun is in the experiments! and of course the chewing.
is there no preferred orientation to the blades?
I'm just glad you didn't decapitate yourself on your garage door when you were backing out. It was closer than you thought.
you shift blades to the right because the discharge side blade gets more wear since the grass is all thrown that direction
i did the math. about 18-19,000 calories for the batch.
With a good welder you can do and make almost anything you want. Nice looking basket made better than you can buy!
Looks delicious.
Having worked for Yamaha Motor Sports for years. It's common to bend that shifter rod adjuster..But the worst are the CVT belt drives.. They are shit..
After watching your videos I am of the opinion you should be teaching. a course in logic! Mechanics, math, electricity, electronics are all episodes you have taught. This video was a perfect example of logical thought. At the end you said"keep it simple". Not the first time, but... Your detective-type deduction of problem-solving is just such a teachable 15 min class. Impressive. entertaining, educational, Nice Job.
You did it wrong lol
I thought you stated you turned it counter clockwise and then 1/8 clockwise which it appeared. Thats incorrect it clockwise til resistance and then 1/8 turn back.
Eric O its time to go to Tractor Supply and get a new tire. Their pretty cheap. Also its recommended to put RV antifreeze in it for winter.
Great lookin' Que!... and not one complaint about General Motors... :)
If Dorman made a hose faucet this would be it.
Looks like Simpson made that for Dewalt. Those little Honda engines are hard to beat.
Nice straight rows Eric O!
Steiner 440 Honk Honk edition.
Have watched you for a while on South Main Auto- awesome content! But now an after hours showing me how to service the same mower deck on the same tractor that I have?!?! Much appreciated! God bless you and all the O’s!
Other day my scan lost spark, got that fixed and it stumbled ,spit and sputtered, found water in the fuel
Scag
Eric can you store the pump in a way where the pump can drain using gravity.
😂 " Cosby Sauce"
Here in Sweden it's rare with gasoline engine pressure washers. Almost everyone uses electric pressure washers, since you normally have access to an outlet when pressure washing. In America it seems almost everyone uses gasoline engine washers. Why is that? Is it because of the 120V vs 230V thing or?
Love the new bbq videos. I too live for smokin' and grillin' and found the perfect work around. I now use a char/griller offset barrel smoker exclusively. It smokes low & slow and can also grill at molten lava temps if that's the goal. Highly recommended..
The sweats are your body turning up to digest the food, a lot of foods especially fatty ones cause this.
I used to set the tube on fire. 😂 Torque specs. 😂
Hey Eric just sell the garage and open a restaurant lol
looks good! could you 've used heat to do your bends?
Have you ever adjusted the front pickup are as mine was never done by the dealer
Creamy cheesey style Baked top Bacon is a Plus These videos are amazing
I always run windshield washer fluid through the the pump before winter
Did you know that there is a can of anti-freeze that they make that you can spray into the water inlet of the pump to prevent it from freezing? I think Briggs and Stratton makes it.
Isn't it great, Eric--when you 'find' old tools you just knew you had-but don't use often. Greatest feeling!
Nice fix! Your FIL has some really nice equipment there-looks like needs some just minor everyday maintenance, however. BTW--did Mrs O> Just come out w/ my favorite beer (Bud Light Lime) in her hand?? HUG that ladY for me!! I used to work on my FIL's stuff back when he was living--he could tear stuff up, but after seeing one of his attempted rapairs, and another friend 'fixed ' the wires--I told him-just put gas/oil in it and I'll do the rest.
Eric O i just found your cooking videos on here. I am now a subscriber to this channel also. I do wish with the subscription I could also get smell o vision.! Please keep the videos coming. And keep up the good work.
I see an outdoor shower in your camping future
All the fancy dishes (salad looks yummy, the chicken look delicious) you did a fantastic job Eric! Thanks Mrs “O” for making the salad. Also in California southern or northern no salted potatoes 🥔. This is the first time I heard of this.
Is that jet engine sound from your welder?😢😮😳
Eric what is the rebars for
where did you get this Pilot filter, cant seem to find a link for to purchase one
Love the recipe and cooking videos Eric…. Keep them up please
Great video! You should do some more tractor videos!
Great video! How do you like the quality of cut with the RCK60-32 deck? Thanks!
Wow! My second favorite hobby after cars and motorcycles. Growing up in Oregon my family always hunted and owned firearms. But I became a collector. I thought New York had strict laws. Or is that the town and not the state? Here in Oregon they are cracking down with new strict laws almost constantly. Our state constitution actually spells out our guns rights better than the US constitution. My daughter will only shoot revolvers because of the ease of use and much less chance of failures with a revolver. I am going to the local gun range tomorrow. Have a new 380 revolver to break in. Getting harder to find good outdoor places to shoot around where I live unless you drive for a long way.
add an accumulator to maintain pressure so its not all pump doing the work.
